## Summary Wargames series: unified command tests and training across varied urban terrain; mixed mechs, armor and infantry used. December of 3067 ## Quests / Report This mission and the last one were to see if our Mercenary troops have picked up on the lessons from the last mission. They have set up a unified command that will pick the response force unit mix. We shall see how well this works. This time out they are going to have to work out things as they will be picking units for this mission. December of 3067 This training OP was setup to use a different format for the Merc forces to pull units for combat operations. It took place on one of the island training sites set up to be one of the many small urban sites on planet. The OpFor was armor and infantry acting as a diversionary force to pull forces from the main assault. Our Merc Force was a mix of Mech, armor and infantry. Our Merc forces pushed their main force up the middle with light forces working the flanks. The OpFor moved into the urban area to run the raids they were sent to do. After 9 minutes of combat our Merc forces had destroyed most of the raiders.
